Project Adminstrator – (F/T)
Project Administrator is responsible for the implementation, coordination, control and completion of custom orders/project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization
Primary Duties:
Act as the customers’ and field sales staff single point of contact for all activities related to ongoing projects.
Release and verify orders to meet customer satisfaction and place orders to the factory in a timely and efficient manner.
Must work independently and take ownership of tasks and maintain professionalism at all times.
Experience adhering to and enforcing policies, procedures, and contract obligations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Provide customers with regular status updates and reports.
Provide customer feedback to our factory, engineering or production as required.
Ensure customer requests are acknowledged, logged, scheduled, completed and closed.
Assist in the development of administrative duties and various specific project requests.
Assist in developing project goals and objectives and update as necessary.
Coordinate customer rollouts throughout the project cycles and ensure product orders and document submittals are provided on time.
Correspond between the customer and account team to ensure customer receives their orders as per the project schedule.
Work effectively with other departments (Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, etc.) to ensure the project schedule is not affected.
Works with both internal and external clients on a daily basis.
Provides proactive communication/information to the client to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
Proactively assess, clarify and address customers’ needs on an on-going basis.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP, AUTOCAD and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
Attend kick off meetings either in person or on conference calls.
Attend electric motor witness testing, when required.
This position reports to the Project Team Supervisor
What skills and education are required?
Post-Secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Industry knowledge in Electric Motors is advantageous
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Demonstrated experience in a range of procurement activity such as tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Preference will be given to candidates that are Bilingual in either Chinese/English or French/English.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to travel, as needed.
